I have to admit, i am a very curious guy...
So as i noticed that Chicago was on fire this morning, i logged into it just to see what was happening.
My attention was caught to the fact that only few plots were not on fire, so i browsed the map and... this is the sequence....

Not sure if its possible or not, could that just be a right click sale? Can you right click and put a htc up for sale or not?
I know you can do that with other damaged props (normal ones), although I don't understand why its at 1% and up for sale, especially since surrounding props are on fire, could it just be a co-incidence that its ats 1%?
Just realised what it could have been, person A swapped land to person B, but you can't buy a htc so it was the only prop left not sold, when the burning occured it dropped down to 1%?
Did you check the surrounding props etc to see if any of the others were at 1%? And if that comp only had the htc left in its buildings list?
Its seems reasonable enough explanation, rather than it being called a cheat.
There is no sale option in the right click menu when used on a HTC. When i looked at the map and at that detail, fires had still to spread, and I'd expect to find a 5% or multiples of 5% difference.
Far from my intentions to blame anyone, but that HTC has been lowered and put for sale intentionally. Cheers
Also wondering why that htc wasn't on fire, its not like its a swimming pool, just a bit wierd the bombers didn't dero it or something.
I just checked now, there is a sell option when u right click the mouse and the option comes up - you CAN sell a htc!
Don't know if you can buy tho, I'm not risking a 5mill fine to find out.
P.s. if theres a way to post pics, I'll show you a screenshot of the option if you don't believe me.
Sorry but just checked again, there is an option to sell but when I clicked it, it just took me to the top of the map.
